Steps:
1.Brush teeth to ensure they are clean and dry.
2.Shake teeth whitening pen for 5 seconds.
3.Remode cap from the brush end and twist colckwise several times, until the gel covers the brush tip.
4.Brush a thin layer teeth whitening gel onto teeth, aviod gums and lips ,and smile for one minute.
5.Do not rinse, eat or drink within one hour.
6.Repeat when necessary.
