Introduction:

Chocolate bean forming machine specially for making colorful chocolate core materials, chocolate bean. We make the relative forming mould according to the chocolate shape, such as spherical shape, button shape, olive shape, cashew shape, triangle shape.

 

Working Process of Chocolate Bean Maker Machine:

The chocolate syrup is feed from the thermal tank though pump to the mould, the mould is working under the refrigeration.

situation, lowest temperature can be regulated to -28 ℃ to -30℃, it makes the liquid syrup in the mould become solid in a moment.

Then transferred to cooler of 5 ℃ to -8℃ though conveyor for further definite form.

The finalized shape enter the roller screen barrel for remove the burr of core and automatically discharged.


Structure:

Chocolate bean forming machine compose of chocolate cold roller with 10HP cooling compressor, three layers cooling tunnel with 8HP cooling compressor, chocolate rims separator unit and two drums of cooling glycol mixture.


Application of Chocolate Candy Production Line:

Chocolate bean forming machine is used for producing chocolate beans in various shapes by the technology of cold rolling. The shapes of chocolate bean include chocolate ball, chocolate egg, chocolate lentil (like M&M), chocolate heart etc.

Real chocolate and compound chocolate are both workable to make in this machine.

In standard model of machine, there is one set of cold roller included. For optional function, there is space for two sets of cold rollers in the machine. We can manufacture two sets of cold rollers for two sizes and shapes of chocolate bean in the same one machine based on extra cost of second set of cold roller.
