The Main Equipment in Automatic Cup Cake Production Line
1. Tunnel Oven: It mainly used for baking pie, moon cake, hamburger, toast, cup cake, pizza, all kinds of bread, cakes, biscuit, pastry, fillet and meat etc. The length, width can be customized according to customer’s requirement. There are three energy can be choose: electric, natural gas, LPG.
2. Cake Filling Machine: LCD touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC control, with 30 groups of memorized formulas, formulas can be set freely, and simple operation. The filling roller adopts silicone round gears, which can reduce the defoaming phenomenon of the cake tissue. At the same time, it is driven by a precision servo motor to improve the cake. The weight accuracy of the cup cake (dot filling) or the whole cake (stretch filling) can be switched freely, and the production and development of diversified products. Light cakes and heavy oil cakes can be filled without defoaming and dripping.
3. Cake Sprayer Machine: The machine is beautiful in appearance, clean and hygienic in appearance. It adopts photoelectric and pneumatic combined control. The bakeware mold is supplied step by step, and the automatic oil injection is more user-friendly, which improves efficiency and reduces costs. This machine can spray multiple or multiple rows of mold cavities of the bakeware simultaneously and accurately. Good production stability and reliable quality. 4.
