Currently, we can offer five registeredsilicone foam products of different qualities and prices to meet requirementsof different customers:
First, the high temperature type : hightemperature silicone foam tube section , with high resilience , stretchability, tearresistance and particularly heat resistance, can workwithin or above the range of 280 Celsius in long-term , are mostly suitable foruse in special high temperature resistant products.
Second, the low-density type : low-densitysilicone foam tube section , these products are mostly tubular and has a goodelasticity, tensile strength and tear strength , compressible and variability, density can be lowered to8-35 Shore C, meet high demand for special sealing material hardness
Third, the general grade : good resilience,tensile, , compressible and variability, low density, qualified dimensional tolerances ;
Fourth, the general mid-range : elasticity, tensile , tear , compression are worsethan the general grade, and the density is slightly larger than the generalgrade , not very qualified dimensionaltolerances ;
Fifth, the general low grade : elasticity ,tensile , tear resistance and compressionare worst, the highest density , the tolerance range is extremely wide. But theprice is lowest.
