This machine helps the tinplate printing factories to lower down waste rate, improve printing quality & efficiency and improve the working environment.
Including 4 operation procedures: kerosene, detergent, clean water and drying. After misprinted sheet are fed into the machine, it will be brushed twice by unique malarial made brushes. Simultaneously the detergent liquid will be recycled from the two sides of brushes driven by solvent pump to achieve the cleaning purpose. Then the cleaned sheet will be dried by oven and goes out for stacking.
