Xinxiang Yulong Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002. We are

manufacturer composed of fabric/garment manufacturing, garment

pattern design and professional sales team. We have a fabric factory

and garment factory. As a pioneer in the domestic functional textile

industry, Yulong Textile has more innovatively integrated the

superior resources of its two fabric and garment factories, and

strives to create one-stop functional fabrics and garments service

Center.

Our functional fabric factory has production lines with advanced

equipment and a complete Research & Development laboratory and

quality testing center. The factory has passed the ISO9001

international quality management system certification, and our

products have passed OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and other

Environmental testing. In addition, the factory has invested heavily

in the construction of sewage treatment stations, which is

responsible for the ecological environment of the earth.

The flame retardant fabric, aramid fabric, arc-proof fabric,

fluorescent fabric, oil & water repellent fabric and other functional

fabrics have passed EN11611, EN11612, EN61482, EN20471, EN1149

and other European and American standards.

Our garment factory covers an area of nearly 20,000 square meters

and has more than 200 employees. We have automatic cutting

machines, automatic drawing machines, chain three-needle pattern

machines, automatic buttoning machines, five-line machines,

burying machines and other imported brand production

equipment. We also have garment production lines and more than

500 employees in the local county, which can finish the production

of large orders in time. And our garment factory strictly implements

the 6s management method, and has been certified by authoritative

organizations to achieve SEI and other certifications. In terms of

clothing quality control, it is equipped with a professional quality

inspection team of 20 people. For each link of production, mobile

inspectors are arranged; before delivery, the finished product will

be sampled in strict accordance with the international inspection

standard AQL2.5. In addition to flame retardant workwear, we also

produce casual pants, cargo pants, jackets, shirts, winter clothing,

outdoor clothing, etc... The monthly output can reach more than

120,000 pieces, and the quality is strictly controlled to ensure the

delivery time.
