Application:

De-sanding cyclone functions as key equipment in starch process for removing sands and other heavy particles from rasp slurry after rasper.  It works before starch extraction process, which can protect the equipment thereafter, prolong the whole production line operation life, and improve starch quality.   De-sanding cyclone can be used to remove heavy particles from other fluids as well.

Application:

Multi-stage Hydrocyclone Unit is widely used in concentration, rinsing and refining of starch milk as key equipment for removing soluble and insoluble protein, fine fiber, sugar and etc. It realizes all-in-one functions from concentration, recovery, cleaning and fine fiber separating.

Feature:

Adopt combination system of single cyclone tube made of FDA approved material, for easy maintain and low cost.  It also utilize medium-high pressure for higher rinsing efficiency.

 The specially processed surface is made of SS material of wholly oil and dirt resistant. The hydro-cyclone chamber adopts the best seal technology to avoid leakage, ensures that the material is not contaminated.

Performance and Application
After washing the starch milk have high water content and is not suitable to be dried directly. So it need dewatering first to meet the requirements on the inlet moisture of flash dryer and then be dried.
The working principle of Peeler centrifuge is as follows: when the drum runs at full tilt, the valve of the feed inlet will open automatically and thus stalk milk flow down the feed tube into the inner drum and spread across the inner face of filter cloth due to the centrifugal force.  Liquid-phase particles pass through the filter cloth and are soon taken out,  while the wet starch cake accumulates in the drum.
When the starch cake are accumulated to a fixed level, the valve of the feed inlet will close automatically.The valve of washing inlet will open at the same to release the flushing fluid inside to flush the solid-phase starch cake for a while and then close. The drum subsequently begin spinning again  and during the process solid-liquid particles are dewatered. And the scraper will be activated to scrape in radial direction the starch cake which will fall down collecting chute to the tilted unloading hopper outside and then transferred to the feed inlet of flash dryer. After that the scrape will return to the formal place.Flushing valve opens subsequently and the filter cloth will be flushed and cleaned. Above is a whole working circle.   

7.Drying unit

Application:

The flash dryer is not only suitable for all kinds of tuber starch drying, but also suitable for other heat sensitive powder or flake materials that needs fast drying.

1. We can provide either high pressure or low pressure drying system according to customer needs. Specially designed drying pipes can reduce the total height and ensure high drying efficiency. Also it is easy to install and maintain.

2. Equipped with heat recycling device to increase heat efficiency; Equipped with automatic moisture adjusting device and product cooling system to ensure product quality.

8.Automatic Control System
