Seeds drying machine is the essential equipment to the oil press production.Can be divided into roller-type and steam-type seeds drying machine.Roller-type can be easy to control and dry.The motor is installed with turning and reverse controller, attemperator.Can be easy to dry and ejection of compact.Can apply to dry rapeseed, peanut, soybean, sesame seed, cottonseed, coconut, palm, rice bran,corn embryo, etc  

Working method

The oil plants such as peanut and cotton seed in shell need to shell,and this process can improve handling capacity and yield efficiency of our oil plants.

Just take sesame as an example:

Sesame:better to be dried in brown before pressing,at the same time watching seeds of the color and taking off lts skin.If the  process truned up the blowup phenomenon,need to keep up soft fire in both sides and medium heat in middle.The temperature of sesame before pressing needs up to 140-150 °C, moisture in 1-1.2%, cake in strip shape .

Tips:The fuel is electricity; if you require the fuel is gas, LPG or coal, we could design for you.
