On July 23, 2020, the European Commission announced that the first sunset review of anti-dumping was made on solar glass, which originated in China, and decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved for a period of five years, with the tax rate of 17.5% - 75.4% (see the table below for details). The EU CN code of the product involved is ex70071980 (Taric code is 7007198012, 7007198018, 70071988080 and 7007198085). The sunset review investigation period is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, and the industrial damage analysis period is from January 1, 2015 to the end of the investigation period of this case.

On May 14, 2014, the EU made a final anti-dumping ruling on solar glass originated in China, and began to formally impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the case, with the tax rate ranging from 0.4% to 36.1%. On August 13, 2015, the EU made a final anti absorption ruling on the products involved in the case against China, and revised the anti-dumping duty determined in the final judgment of the products involved in the case. The separate tax rate was 17.5% - 75.4%, and the general tax rate was 67.1%. On May 14, 2019, the EU launched the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on solar glass originated in China.
