Since the establishment, our company has paid great attention on technological and science research and development and has been improved the technical innovation system of “Taking enterprise as the main body and Combining production, studying and research together.” It has successively carried out research and development cooperation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements with Shandong University, Chenguang Chemical Research Institute, Central China Normal University, Wuhan University and Hubei University.It has successively carried out 7 national science and technology plans, 9 provincial science and technology plans, 6 provincial and municipal science and technology invention progress awards, and applied for nearly 70 authorized national invention patents.In 2009, The establishment of "Wuhan University-Sihai Special Surfactant University-enterprise R&D Center" has been approved by Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology and in 2019, Sihai company and Hubei University had set up "Silicone resin engineering technology Research and development Center"together .

In response to zaoyang Municipal Party Committee and government’s call to further accelerate the municipal local chemical enterprises to scientific, reasonable and orderly concentration in the chemical industrial park,to maximize the use of land resources,protect cultivated land and the environment of development, to achieve the policies of sustainable development,Sihai Company invested and built 20,000 tons/year organic silicon series product project in Zaoyang Chemical Industry Park.Among these: the annual output of surfactant is 5000 tons,the annual output of organic silicone resin is 7000 tons,the annual output of organic adhesive is 6000 tons,the annual output of silicone oil is 2000 tons. The finish of 20,000 tons/year organic silicon product project construction marks the company in the standardized development of the road has taken an important step.Moreover, it lays a good foundation for expanding the enterprise scale, improving the economic benefit and realizing the strategic management pattern of the enterprise.
